Investment in driver training
Mid 2022, our internal training department, the TML Excellence Center,
rolled out an Eco-driving course for our truck drivers. The Eco-driving
course consists of a 3-hour theoretical part and a practical part, where
the instructor goes out on the road with each individual driver. In 7-week
cycles, 20 drivers receive theoretical training in week 1, followed by 6
weeks where 3 drivers go out on the road with the instructor.
