at The Castle
There’s nothing like the drama of cooking with fire. Hosted by Festival
favourites Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn (The Hangfire Girls), guests
include Jeremy Pang (founder, of The School of Wok), and famous US
pit-master Ray Lampe aka Dr BBQ.
