We want talented, bright young people
with an interest in design, construction and
management to join our intensive
Higher Apprenticeship programme.
Earn and learn on this industry designed
course and fast track your career with
some of the leading employers
in the Built Environment sector.

Delivered in partnership with the London School of
Architecture (LSA), PlanBEE London is part of their Part
0 initiative which aims to raise awareness and give
young people and those looking for a career
change, access to the wide variety of careers
in the built environment sector.
You’ll combine studying at the London
School of Architecture with working
for some of the industry’s leading
companies whose projects
take them across the UK
and the world.
You will complete a Higher Apprenticeship
programme, underpinned by HNC/D, providing a
pathway to progression at a wide range of
universities.
The programme is supported by the Chartered
Institute of Building (CIOB),the Institute of Civil
Engineers (ICE) and the Royal Institute of
Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

It’s a fast track to graduation, a professional
qualification and a guaranteed job opportunity at
the end for those who successfully complete.
The five areas of study will develop your
knowledge in building design and
performance through a combination
of lectures, tutorials, fieldwork and
site visits.
You will study:
• Leadership
• Economics
• Design
• Technology
• Production

ARE YOU UP FOR
THE CHALLENGE?
The pace will be fast and you will be expected
to excel so you can progress to the next stage.
You need 3 A Levels at grade C and above, or a
BTEC Extended Diploma (averaging merits/distinctions),
or the equivalent of 96 UCAS points plus GCSE Maths,
Science and English at grade 4 (C) or above.
In return you will receive a salary starting of £25,000+ per annum
on top of all tuition fees and a guaranteed job opportunity on graduation.
