Building core strength
Yin & Vinyasa Yoga
with Wesley Bassett
March 10 th to 16 th 2024
Please join New York City born Wesley Bassett for a week of yoga practice and
meditation. Wesley is certified under Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico (USA).
She invites you to learn about the benefits of the healing practices of Yin and
Vinyasa yoga.
The week will focus on building strength around our core circumference (front
abdominals and low back muscles) to create and maintain a supported spine.
Through a strong midsection we develop better balance, a heightened sense of
centeredness, stability and confidence.
We will focus on the morning practices (YIN) to open this area and create space for
strength and power to pour in. The afternoon practices (YANG) will focus on our
power center and build muscle.
This series is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners.
The yoga weeks are in great demand, the number of participants is limited. So we
ask you to register for this week by sending an e-mail to urlaub@hochschober.com.
With our confirmation your place is secured.
(Short-term) participation in individual days or sessions is possible if there are
available places. We will inform you about this on site on a daily basis.
