Between September and November<br />
<strong>2022</strong>, a roadshow consisting of 90<br />
events was organized, with 55 stops<br />
over 63 days (mid-September to<br />
mid-November) in all the countries<br />
where the Group operates. The purpose<br />
of this roadshow was to ensure<br />
engagement, motivation, and alignment<br />
with the company’s strategy and values.<br />
The event involved everyone within the<br />
Group.<br />

encouraging participants to embody<br />
the Group’s values through behaviors<br />
consistent with the Leadership Model.<br />
A final survey, conducted by an external<br />
research company, confirmed the<br />
enthusiasm and commitment expressed<br />
by colleagues during the events,<br />
along with a high level of motivation<br />
to achieve the company’s goals.<br />

group of Top Managers from the parent<br />
company and the visited companies,<br />
along with locally trained Ambassadors,<br />
facilitated by an external consulting<br />
firm. The roadshow was divided<br />
into three parts: understanding<br />
the Group, delving into the Group’s<br />
strategy “<strong>TESYA</strong> EVOLUTION 2025,”<br />
Throughout the year, a campaign on<br />
the internal communication platform<br />
prepared and supported colleagues with<br />
content consistent with the roadshow’s<br />
messages, engaging everyone through<br />
video messages, posts and comments,<br />
as well as sharing videos of follow-up<br />
