Cancellation 

Please inform us in advance if you want to cancel or postpone your booked 

appointment. Treatments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will 

be charged at 100% of the price.

Sufficient towels are provided for your stay. An integral part of a SPA visit is the

TIPS FOR A CORRECT SAUNA USE 

• Take your time for your sauna visit! You need at least two 

hours to enjoy the sauna. 

• Avoid fatigue, haste and stress! Relaxation and tranquility 

are the focus during the sauna session. 

• Do not visit the sauna on an empty or full stomach! Two 

hours must have passed between the sauna session and 

the last main meal. 

• Before the sauna session, take a cleansing shower and dry 

yourself carefully before entering the cabin. 

• Enter the sauna with a warmed body! As preparation, we 

advise a warm footbath to encourage sweating. 

• Enter the sauna naked so that the heat can reach your skin 

without obstacles. Above all, this helps to prevent sweat 

sticking to the body and causing skin irritation. 

• Avoid physical stress! Any activities like exercises or gymnastics 

can cause unnecessary stress on the circulation 

and respiration. 

• For every sauna session, around 10-15 minutes of rest are 

recommended, depending on one’s own personal wellbeing. 

Leave the sauna if you no longer feel comfortable. 

• Cool down after the sauna session: first the airways in the 

fresh air and then with cold water or ice, starting from the legs 

and arms towards the back and torso, from the extremities 

to the heart and finally the head. For complete cooling, the 

immersion pool can be used. Always take a cool shower 

before entering the immersion pool! 

• After cooling down, gently warm the feet with a warm footbath 

and put on woolen socks, this will have a beneficial 

effect on the whole body. 

• Take a break and relax! Between sauna sessions, we recommend 

a rest period of at least 30 minutes. 

• Repeat the sauna session a maximum of three times. Even 

in summer, a sauna visit promotes health, boosts the body’s 

defences and has a refreshing effect on the body. 

• Talk to our competent and expert employees. Our staff will 

be happy to advise you on treatment options as well as the 

effects of the sauna and the daily infusion program.
