Reservations in the Aurora world
To best accommodate your personal preferences for appointments, we recommend
you to book your treatments in our Aurora Spa at the same time as you

Behavior
The Aurora butterfly is gentle and calm, and our Aurora World is designed for
the tranquility and relaxation of body, mind, and soul. We therefore ask you to
avoid unnecessary noises and to turn off your mobile phones.
Check-in
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointments
– preferably in a bathrobe and without jewelry. We strive to start all
treatments on time.
Cancellation
Please inform us in advance if you want to cancel or postpone your booked
appointment. Treatments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will
be charged at 100% of the price.
Environmental awareness
Sufficient towels are provided for your stay. An integral part of a SPA visit is the
respectful treatment of our environment. Therefore, please use only as many
towels as you need.
