The week begins with a constitution check-up with iris diagnosis, which allows you<br />
to be assigned to one of the 3 personality types (=Doshas). On this basis, a consultation<br />
is held in which the Ayurvedic treatments are tailored to your constitutional<br />
type (the Neuland lifestyle and nutrition programme). This week at Mirabell has<br />
