Gleeson Homes partner with
Zutec to deliver Building
Regulation England Part L
Photographic Evidence
Compliance and beyond
In 2024 increasingly strict building
legislation and standards are set to
follow with digital information
requirements, particularly the Future
Homes and Building Standard, where
information will be needed to support
building design, construction, and
management. With the evolution of the
construction and property industry,
there is no time like the present to get
information, processes, and the
technology in order to deliver better
information and, therefore, building
outcomes.
information to better manage buildings
throughout their lifecycle, from
planning all the way through to
operations and maintenance, is not
necessarily a new concept. However, it
is only recently that the focus has
shifted across the construction and
building management sectors to
prioritise its importance, driven by
regulatory compliance.
It's something that housing developer
Gleeson Homes takes very seriously.
So, in line with the evolving
sustainability regulations, late last year
they announced a partnership with
Zutec to digitise Gleeson's quality
control processes. This included
multiple forms and checklists for
