about their level of political
intake. Whatever side you are on,
the media outlets that you listen
to are there to give you the bad
news only. The media’s business
model is to keep viewers scared
so they continue to tune in. This
is true Left, Right, or Center.
During this political election
season, I ask that you return to
this article and read through
this list as the months go on
to remind yourself that what is
happening on the U.S. political
stage is NOT what is happening
in the world as a whole. The
U.S. political spectacle is only a
microcosm of the most divisive
elements of our society, and
it can disrupt our ability to be
content and rational.
