YOU WILL NEED:<br />
• 35ml Adnams Copper<br />
House Pink Gin<br />
• 20ml lime juice<br />
• 250ml Belvoir<br />
Raspberry Lemonade<br />
• 6 raspberries<br />
METHOD:<br />
Muddle 4 raspberries gently at the bottom<br />
of a rocks glass. Add your Adnams Pink Gin<br />
and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake<br />
with ice, strain into the glass, then top<br />
with the Belvoir Raspberry Lemonade.<br />
Swizzle, and garnish with the remaining<br />
raspberries and a twist of lime.<br />

• 125ml soda water<br />
• Maraschino cherry and<br />

METHOD:<br />
Using a highball - add gin, lemon<br />
juice and simple syrup. Fill glass<br />
with ice and then top with soda<br />
water and stir. Garnish with lemon<br />
wheel and cherry.<br />
