Eclipse Magnetics will be showcasing the benefits of its highperformance<br />
magnetic filtration systems at MACH <strong>2024</strong> in Hall 6,<br />
stand 36.<br />
Eclipse Magnetics’ fine particle filtration systems are the most<br />
effective means of removing problem ferrous particles from<br />
industrial fluids such as coolants, lubricants, and wash solutions.<br />
They offer significant cost, time, and environmental benefits over<br />
traditional membrane or barrier filtration methods.<br />
A combination of high-intensity Neodymium magnetic cores and<br />
advanced fluid flow dynamics ensures that even the finest ferrous<br />
particles are removed from circulation. The resultant cleaner fluids<br />
ensure reduced usage of consumable filter media, longer fluid life,<br />
reduced maintenance downtime, and an improved quality surface<br />
finish.<br />
Magnetic filtration systems also help with the journey to “Net<br />
Zero” by reducing waste and resultant disposal costs. They can<br />
considerably reduce the usage and disposal of contaminated fluids<br />
and filtration media. In addition, the ferrous particles collected can<br />
also be reclaimed and recycled.<br />
Featured on the stand will be the wide range of product choices,<br />
from the manual clean Micromag for flow rates up to 150 litres per<br />
minute up to the Automag Skid, which has an integral automated<br />
cleaning and reclaim unit. Multi-Automag units are suitable for flow<br />
rates up to 10,000 litres per minute.<br />
An operational Autofiltrex automated clean filter will also feature<br />
on the stand to spotlight its simple operation and fine particle<br />
performance. Autofiltrex is a cost-effective option for automated,<br />
24/7 operations.<br />
Magnetic filters are now widely used in a vast range of<br />
applications, including precision automotive parts, precision steel<br />
finishing applications, bearings, precision tools, and parts wash<br />
systems.<br />
