Work, Life & Family: Of course, working in a management consultancy with exciting projects and<br />

clients is time-consuming. This makes it all the more important to have an environment that<br />

supports the balancing act between work and private life and offers ideal conditions for developing<br />

your full potential at work. We generally follow the 2-2-1 principle: At least two days on site<br />

with the customer, up to two days working remotely or from home and one day at one of our<br />

office locations. This is of course a rule of thumb and can vary depending on project requirements<br />

and personal circumstances. In addition, flexible working time models are not an exception or<br />

even a career obstacle for us – they are a very normal feature of our work and as varied as life itself.<br />
