tillwater <strong>Valley</strong> <strong>Overlook</strong> is located just outside of Nye, <strong>Montana</strong><br />

via the <strong>Stillwater</strong> River Road.<br />

From Columbus, take <strong>Montana</strong> Highway 78 through Absarokee.<br />

Turn right onto Nye Road towards Fishtail, MT. Continue<br />

through Fishtail to Nye. Turn right at Nye onto the <strong>Stillwater</strong> River Road<br />

and bear right at the junction with Limestone Road and continue on the<br />

<strong>Stillwater</strong> River Road approximately 1.3 miles to Stanley Coulee Way. Turn<br />

left onto Stanley Coulee Way and continue straight to the first cattle guard.<br />

The property address is 35A Stanley Coulee Way. Continue across the<br />

cattle guard, past the small cabin on your left. At the barn, turn left and<br />

continue up the hill to the house. (The property is a total of 2.9 miles from<br />

the junction of Nye Road and <strong>Stillwater</strong> River Road.)<br />

including Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, and Minneapolis as well as others.<br />

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is approximately two hours<br />

from the property providing additional opportunities for airline access<br />

through Delta, United, Alaska, Allegiant, America, Frontier, and Jet Blue.<br />

The Retreat is approximately an hour-and-a-half to two-hour drive from<br />

two commercial airports — Billings and Bozeman, both of which offer good<br />

private FBOs. The Billings Logan International Airport provides a variety<br />

of commercial carriers as well as national and limited international service<br />

through Allegiant, Alaska, Delta, Cape Air, and United to several major cities<br />
