Yoga with Willie
Instructor: Willie McDaniel
Join the class everyone is talking about. Come
join Willie in a multi-level yoga class for all ages.
Whether you are just learning yoga or have been
practicing for years, Willie’s eclectic style of yoga
and his warmth, caring and creativity endear him to
his students. During class you will work on balance
poses, breath work and strength training. Yoga mat
and comfortable clothes are required.
No membership discount for this class.

Physical Fitness Club

Join us for a low impact physical fitness class 3 times
a week that includes both standing and sitting routines
focusing on improving strength and balance for
everyday activities.
Come one day or all three.

Ping Pong
Call it ping pong or table tennis, this indoor
sport provides great exercise mixed with friendly
competition. Bring your own paddle or borrow one
from us, and join the group on Monday afternoons.

Chair Yoga
Instructor: Susan Lipp
Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your
health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise.
You are supported by a chair so you can receive
yoga’s healing and restorative benefits in a low impact
environment. Yoga relaxes your body and mind,
improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility,
and elevates your overall health and well-being.

Qigong
Instructor: Janet Rhode
Qigong is a mind-body practice that melds slow,
graceful movements, mental focus and deep
abdominal breathing to boost and balance a person’s
vital energy, or qi. Sessions will include movement,
meditation, massage, relaxation and breath work.
