A spathroom sauna<br />
This beautiful bathroom complete with an in-built steam cabin, was designed<br />
around the dream of bringing the sauna home. Ripples Tunbridge Wells’ client<br />
for this project also wanted to be able to look out of the window whilst using<br />
their home spa, so the layout was carefully considered. They opted for chrome<br />
brassware (to complement the cool tones used on the tiles and vanity unit) and<br />
a slate-effect tile in a porcelain finish was chosen for a low-maintenance easierto-clean<br />
alternative to real slate – ideal for a busy room used by the whole family.<br />
The end result is a truly spa-like bathroom that offers proper pampering luxury.<br />

A hydrotherapy indoor pool and spa<br />
This indoor pool and spa was created by Tanby<br />
Pools in Surrey for a modern mansion. It is deck<br />
level on two sides, and features a large wall of<br />
marble with three slot flumes for hydrotherapy, to<br />
soothe the soul with relaxing sounds. A spa was<br />
added to the design for further hydrotherapy and<br />
wellness, with gentle lighting in both the spa and<br />
the pool hall adding to the relaxing ambience. An<br />
Oase slatted cover helps economical running costs<br />
and also looks very slick indeed as it disappears<br />
behind the entry steps into the floor pit below.<br />
You’ll also notice that the positioning of the<br />
spa allows for views of both the pool and the<br />
landscaped gardens which can be seen through<br />
