comprises <strong>of</strong> registering at least one application <strong>and</strong> at least one agent on the enterprise social network, subscribing the at least one<br />

agent to the at least one application <strong>and</strong>/or to the at least one agent, assigning <strong>and</strong> notifying incident/service ticket/trouble ticket <strong>of</strong> the<br />

at least one application to the at least one agent by an administrator, analyzing <strong>and</strong> altering status <strong>of</strong> the incident/service ticket/trouble<br />

ticket <strong>of</strong> the at least one application by the at least one agent subscribed to the at least one application in the enterprise social network,<br />

updating the altered status <strong>of</strong> the incident/service ticket/trouble ticket <strong>of</strong> the at least one application by the at least one agent to the<br />
