TIRA <strong>vibration</strong> generators reproduce ambient conditions<br />

for studies of endurance and reliability in all<br />

fields of <strong>vibration</strong> <strong>test</strong>ing. Sine/random/mixed mode<br />

and shock <strong>test</strong>s are simulated in a lab, using <strong>com</strong>plete<br />

<strong>systems</strong> which are indispensable for quality assurance,<br />

research and development. Designed for<br />

long-time operation, the generators are characterized<br />

by high cross axial stiffness. Electrodynamic generators<br />

are supported in a rugged construction with a<br />

maximum of stability and are rotatable for horizontal<br />

or vertical operation. Nominal displacement is automatically<br />

achieved by pneumatic load <strong>com</strong>pensation<br />

even for heavy <strong>test</strong> loads. Vibration transfer to the<br />

floor can be reduced by a swivel-frame (RIT) which<br />

The generator is cooled by a maintenance-free<br />

fan, with cooling air entering through a filter<br />
