recognized building.trade; be a member of or eligible for membership in<br />

<strong>the</strong> B.C. Building Inspectors' Association with Level II certification; <strong>and</strong><br />

be fully familiar with <strong>the</strong> B.C. Plumbing Code <strong>and</strong> National Building<br />

Code. The demonstrated ability to interpret <strong>and</strong> apply bylaws toge<strong>the</strong>r<br />

with regulatory experience <strong>and</strong> competence to deal effectively with <strong>the</strong><br />

public are prerequisite qualifications for this position.<br />

The salary range is $2,400 - $2,700 per month.<br />
