Boutique by Chic was heralded a success by the
industry’s biggest brands in April this year, with
encouraging investment from the show’s organisers
playing a signifi cant part in producing a relaxed yet
spectacular event.
Th is season’s exhibition had a sparkling Parisian
theme complete with can can dancers, French
cuisine and even an Eiff el Tower that was admired
by visitors and exhibitors alike. Champagne and
canapes perfectly complemented the eye-catching
their favourite items amongst glittering butterfl ies
and crystals.
Th e launch of Boutique by Chic’s dedicated
footwear section was a source of great excitement
at this season’s show and lived up to expectations
of great products in an excellent setting. Th e new
footwear section was designed in partnership with
many of the exhibiting shoe brands to create a
fresh, bright and open area, similar to successful
concepts used at many continental footwear events.
Deep stepped displays maximised the visual impact
of the fabulous shoes and boots on off er, and the
open nature of the stands made it easy for buyers to
browse and network with exhibitors.
Th e brand mix at Boutique by Chic once again
did not disappoint, off ering high quality products
from every sector of the market at every price
level. Th e line up of footwear brands at the show
included Moda In Pelle, Enzo Of Florence,
Caprice, Esino, Gallibelle, Sachelle, Hispanitas,
Khrio, Meanfeet, Menbur, Neosens, Pilar Abril,
Redfoot and Vanilla Moon. Th e majority of brands
at the glamorous exhibition reported brilliant sales
from high quality buyers, including top fashion
accessories brands Fiorelli, RI2K, Mischa Barton,
Charlotte Reid, Juno, Gianni Conti, Abbacino,
Smith & Canova, Storm Bags, Kontessa, Nica,
Rowallen of Scotland, Mywalit, Big Metal,
Designsix, Divine Rocks and Golunski.
Boutique by Chic continues to off er a fantastic
opportunity to buy footwear and fashion
accessories for next season just after the large
European fairs, however it was also possible to
place immediate orders and top ups at the show. As
many retailers had been cautious about commiting
