RETURN POLICY
Terms & Conditions
· Only defective parts or parts shipped in error by Transtar will be considered for return.
· All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
· Contact your sales representative for pre-approval and authorization. For local delivery orders, a RGA (reverse order) will be
generated. For U.P.S. orders, a U.P.S. A.R.S. tag (Automated Return Service tag) will be issued on all authorized returns
(defective parts or shipping errors only) within 2 business days of your call. Returns will not be accepted without preapproval
and authorization.
· All returned products must be in “new and saleable” condition.
· After the return arrives at the Transtar warehouse, it will be inspected. If it is determined to be defective (in our judgement),
or was shipped in error, the customer will be credited at the purchase price. If, in our judgement, the part is not defective, or
was not shipped in error by us, and it is in “new and saleable” condition, credit will be issued less a service charge (15% of
the purchase price). If a credit is not in order, you will be notified with a full explanation.
· Special order items and electrical parts are not refundable.
· All information concerning the return must be included as required by the terms of our limited warranty.
· Finance Charge of 1% per month (12% annual rate) is charged on all past due accounts. Payments received without a
remittance advice will be applied to the oldest amounts first.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All products supplied are warranted to be free from manufacturing defect. Any and all parts claimed defective must be
returned prepaid freight for inspection with a written explanation of how they were installed and operated. Liability is
limited strictly to the replacement of parts only and no claims for labor or consequential damages will be accepted. Except
for such replacement, the sale, use or any other handling of our products is without liability or warranty whatsoever. No
liability will be accepted for misuse, negligence or abuse causing damage, defect, injury or loss. All returns must have
prior company approval and authorization.

responsibility for errors, omissions, or misapplications. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications on
individual components or kits without prior notice. All parts listed in this catalog are for replacement purposes only. The

and to help simplify selection of the proper replacement part. It is not intended to represent any part listed in this catalog
