The Enduro riders are meeting now for the 86th time for the world famous
SIX DAYS Enduro in Kotka-Hamina, Finland from 8th to 13th August 2011.
As in previous years, KTM is once again official partner of the ISDE. All KTM Six
Days participants will naturally be given the opportunity once again to rent
a new motorcycle on the basis of the new 2012 EXC model series with special
SIX DAYS features.
Enquiries, registrations and orders for rented motorcycles will be handled
directly by your KTM Importer or Dealer.
KTM Sportmotorcycle AG does not deal directly with end users.
KTM will again be offering a special model of the new 2012 EXC model series for
the Six Days.
2 stroke - 125 EXC, 250 EXC, 300 EXC
4 stroke - 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F, 450 EXC, 500 EXC
Features
The Six Days 2011 models are homologated EXC motorcycles based on the 2012
model, additionally equipped with:
• Factory style frame coated in orange
• CNC machined triple clamps in orange
• Handle bar coated in orange
• Supersprox rear sprocket in orange/black
• Rear brake disc protector (orange)
• Solid rear brake disc
• Camel SXS Seat
• Engine protector (plastic) for all models with quick-release fastener
• Cooling fan for all 4-stroke models
• Map select switch (NEW version, not for 125)
• Exhaust pipe protector carbon 2-stroke
• Silencers with anthracite Sixdays coating
• MX handguards
• Black rims and black coated spokes
• Front axle puller

Note! For race operation, the Six Days models have to be de-restricted!

Order for rental bikes
To rent a Six Days motorcycle, please contact your KTM dealer/importer. The whole
transaction will be handled through the KTM dealer/importer.
KTM does not deal directly with end users.
Order deadline for the Six Days rental models is 18th of May 2011.
The number of motorcycles is limited and orders will be handled on a “first
come-first served” basis. No delivery guarantee can be given for orders received
after the order deadline.
Order confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order from the KTM dealer/importer only
after the order deadline. Delivery of the desired models is only assured with this
confirmation.
Delivery
KTM guarantees the transport to Kotka-Hamina, Finland.
The Six Days motorcycles will be prepared Ready to Race for the handover there.

Leasing motorcycle
KTM offers an exclusive leasing for KTM EXC Six Days motorcycles in cooperation
with our partner, KTM Finland.
The price for the motorcycle leasing during the Six Days is 2000 Euros (excl. VAT)
for the 2-stroke EXC Six Days models and 2300 Euros (excl. VAT) for 4-stroke EXC Six
Days models.
The leasing price includes:
• KTM Six Days model (ready to race) for the period of the Six Days 2011
• Transport costs to Kotka-Hamina, Finland
• Insurance and registration of the motorcycle for the event
Important: As a security deposit for the leasing company (KTM Finland), please do
not forget your passport, driving licence and credit card!
A dealer/importer guarantee is required for the leasing motorcycle order; KTM does
not deal directly with end users.

Handover and return of the leasing motorcycles
Handover
The handover of the purchased and leasing motorcycles will start on 3rd of
August 2011. The exact time and place of the handover will be announced in
the paddock. The location for the handover and return will be near the paddock.
The motorcycles will be handed over by countries. The order of the handover by
countries depends on the order of the technical acceptance.
The leasing motorcycles will be handed over through KTM Finland.
Return
Return date for the rental motorcycles together with the documents for the return
transport is on the last race day, 13th of August 2011, directly after the final test –
return the motorcycles to the same location as they were handed over. Further
information on the return of the motorcycles will be available from the KTM stand
in the paddock.
On the return of the leasing motorcycles, the technical and optical condition will
be examined and documented.
Please note: An excess of EUR 1000 (excl. VAT) applies for loss or damage of the
leasing-motorcycle originated through gross negligence. Some damage, scratches,
small dents and similar wear and tear that does not affect the performance, safety
or operability of the bike is acceptable. Broken items or damaged parts that render
the bike inoperable, difficult to use, must be replaced and will be charged. In the
event of catastrophic damage, such as a blown motor, cracked frame or other
damage exceeding EUR 1000 (excl. VAT), the renter will pay the maximum amount
of EUR 1000 (excl. VAT) in damage fees.
Rental motorcycles must be returned clean and without fuel. We will have to
charge a fee of 100 Euros (excl. VAT) if this provision is not
observed. It is to your interest for bike, to avoid troubles.
Parking of motorcycles at the KTM Station is not possible, after hand out of the
bike, everyone is responsible for his/her own motorcycle during the whole SIX
DAYS until bike return.
