The foundation to every CryO 2 system, this

CryO 2 is a revolutionary new product 

designed to reduce air and fuel temperatures 

thus creating power. Through the science 

of aerodynamics and cryogenics Design 

Engineering has developed a system to harness 

the cryogenic properties of liquid CO 2 

to lower the intake charge temperature by 

up to 50°F. 

The system is modular and can be easily 

expanded. The CryO 2 system provides two 

methods for cooling the air charge and one 

for cooling the fuel charge, all utilizing the

at any welding supply shop or where

CRYO 2 –CRYOGENIC INTERCOOLER SPRAYER 

CryO 2 Intercooler Sprayers mounts directly to the front of air-to-air 

intercoolers or aftercoolers and serves as a way to vent the liquid CO 2 

directly onto the cooling fi ns thus enhancing the performance of the 

intercooler by more than 50% eliminating intercooler heat soak. This 

component must always be the last in the CryO 2 system as it vents the 

liquid CO 2 charge.

CRYO 2 –CRYOGENIC AIR INTAKE 

The CryO 2 patented* Air Intake consists of an aerodynamically 

design bulb with a cryogenic chamber which is mounted in 

a 4” segment of air tube. As the air passes over the bulb heat is 

removed resulting in a colder, denser more powerful intake air 

charge. Testing showed a reduction in intake air temperature up 

to 50°F. 

The CryO 2 Air Intake can be used on turbocharged, supercharged 

and normally aspirated applications. Multiple units can be used for 

stronger results. The CryO 2 easily installs and comes with silicone 

connection sleeve, hose clamps and connection/vent hose.

CRYO 2 –CRYOGENIC FUEL BAR 

The CryO 2 Fuel Bar is a billet aluminum extension to the fuel line with a 

cryogenic chamber. The bar is charged with liquid CO 2 and freezes to -80°F. 

Heat is removed from the fuel as it passes through resulting in a colder denser 

fuel charge. The CryO 2 Fuel Bar is available in -6AN and -10AN can be reduced 

for -8AN fuel line size. 

Four Cryo-Ports allow versatility of installation. Our CryO 2 Fuel Bar comes complete 

with vent plug, Cryo-Port plugs and connection/vent hose. The CryO 2 Fuel

EXHAUST WRAP 

Wrapping exhaust headers is an important fi rst step in 

controlling exhaust temperatures and reducing under hood 

radiant heat. Keeping exhaust gases hotter within the exhaust 

system helps in decreasing density and increases the 

fl ow of exhaust gases. This improves exhaust scavenging 

which, in turn, reduces intake temperatures. The result is 

an improvement in overall performance and increased 

horsepower. 

DEI’s exhaust wrap is made of a high temperature fi berglass 

composite material with a proprietary coating designed to 

enhance heat retention and withstand continuous heat up to 

2000°F . Exhaust Wraps are available in either natural or black 

and in several different lengths and widths to accommodate all 

applications. 

DEI is the only manufacturer to add 1⁄4” guidelines to all exhaust 

wrap to ensure proper and simple installation. DEI Locking 

Ties are the perfect way to fasten exhaust wrap providing
