Rail Runner Express operations and maintenance.
3. BAR-15 program transfer of ($1,348.8) from Business Support (Bus Spt) and
($2,371.2) of Transportation and Highway Operations budget (THOPS) to PINF in
the amount of $3,720.0 to be used as state match.
4. BAR-16 PINF budget increase of $83,890.9 from Federal Highway Administration
(FHWA).
5. BAR-17 PINF category transfer of $780.0 for the state match and THOPS category
transfer of $596.1 for the construction settlement.
