Xtended introduction<br />
The Xtended SC 2000 is the consummate<br />
spinning coaster, combining<br />
the advantages of a standard<br />
product with the uniquely exciting<br />
sensation of an Xtended ride.<br />
Despite its compact construction,<br />
the SC 2000 Spinning Coaster’s<br />
impressive ride elements offer an<br />
unforgettable experience usually<br />
found only on significantly larger<br />
coasters.<br />
First drop<br />
Thanks to the noiseless antirollback<br />
dog, the climb is completely<br />
silent. Then the fun begins with<br />
the first drop! Plunging downward<br />
in a sideways position, the car<br />
reaches the ride’s maximum speed<br />
of 60km/h (38 mph) in the sheer<br />
drop. After climbing the steep<br />
ascent opposite the drop, spinning<br />
is unlocked and the car begins<br />
rotating at up to 20 revolutions per<br />
minute. Pure fun and excitement!<br />
Immelmann-Turn<br />
In the Immelmann Turn, the track<br />
being banked at 80°, passengers<br />
find themselves staring straight up<br />
at the sky or straight down at<br />
ground depending on their position<br />
in the car at any given instant.<br />
A fascinating sight for both passengers<br />
and observers watching from<br />
the ground!<br />
Permanent suspense<br />
The highly diverse coaster track<br />
layout ensures requisite speed and<br />
breathtaking excitement for the<br />
entire ride. A 360° carousel, a<br />
slalom section and sharp curves add<br />
the crowning touches. At the end<br />
of the ride, an automatic car alignment<br />
device stops the cars from<br />
rotating as they move into the station<br />
fixed in a lengthwise direction.<br />

Spinning cars<br />
The spinning cars seat four persons<br />
and travel through the coast as an<br />
independent unit. A pivot bearing<br />
between the passenger car and the<br />
undercarriage converts the centrifugal<br />
forces generated in the curves<br />
into rotations. The four passengers sit<br />
back to back, separated by a bucket<br />
seat which prevents the body from<br />
being exposed to uncomfortable<br />
levels of stress during the dynamic<br />
rotations. Looking outward from the<br />
centre of rotation over the front<br />
panel of the car will give passengers<br />
that extra kick. You won’t find a more<br />
direct or intense coaster experience<br />
anywhere!<br />
Diversity on every ride<br />
Each ride is entirely different than<br />
the one before. The movements<br />
of the cars always depend on the<br />
distribution of passenger weight<br />
and the course of the track, making<br />
each ride a whole new adventure.<br />
The ride configurations are determined<br />
by the random movement of<br />
the cars forward, backward or even<br />
sideways, guaranteeing ever-changing<br />
adventure no matter how<br />
many times a passenger takes a<br />
ride. The unrivalled centrifugal<br />
brake assures that the ride remains<br />
safe and that the rotational speed<br />
does not become unpleasant.<br />
Foundationless and mobile<br />
The Xtended SC 2000 comes<br />
standard-equipped with a steel base.<br />
It is thus possible to assemble the<br />
coaster on any flat surface, without<br />
a separate foundation being required.<br />
In addition, the construction<br />
is easy to dismantle and relocate<br />
should the originally chosen location<br />
need to be changed. The structures<br />
are also available without a<br />
base for assembly on a concrete<br />
slab foundation.<br />
