Bangkok, November 2011… Tables, Bangkok’s first traditional European restaurant with<br />

tableside cooking entices diners with its newly-launched Sunday Brunch Buffet concept.<br />

Featuring traditional European specialties, Tables allows diners the chance to embrace a<br />

unique dining experience at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and fulfill a relaxing Sunday.<br />

Tables’ Sunday Brunch Buffet offers a taste of traditional European cuisine with a spread<br />

of all-time favourites, most of which are cooked tableside to add to the entertainment for<br />

family and friends gathering for brunch. Chef Michel Eschmann, chef de cuisine of Tables,<br />

has selected only the freshest and finest ingredients to create a wide selection of brunch<br />

buffet menu options, including Lobster Bisque, Boston Lobster Salad, Fresh Oysters on<br />

Ice, Boston Lobster Thermidor, Champagne Risotto, Flamed Tiger Prawns and, of course,<br />

Sunday Roast as well as a good selection of imported cold cuts.<br />

To round off the meal, diners can savour delectable home-made desserts. Diners can<br />

choose from Tables’ signature Cherry Jubilee prepared at a live station, Peach Melba,<br />

Blanc Manger and Mille Feuilles. Classic macaroons and seasonal fruits are also available<br />

to delight the palate.<br />

The Sunday Brunch Buffet is served with unlimited drinking water, iced tea, coffee and tea.<br />

To complement the restful Sunday ambiance, Tables also offers a free-flowing beverage<br />

package that includes Prosecco rosé, wine, beer, orange juice and soft drinks.<br />

Sunday Brunch Buffet at Tables is priced at THB 1,400++ per person including iced tea,<br />

water, coffee and tea and THB 800++ for children aged 6 - 12.<br />

The Sunday Brunch Beverage Package is priced at THB 580++ per person, including<br />

unlimited free-flowing Prosecco rose, wine, beer, orange juice and soft drinks.<br />

About Tables<br />

Designed by the world renowned designer, Tony Chi, Tables was conceptualised to evoke<br />

the nostalgia of traditional European cuisine to take you back to a “Once Upon A Time”<br />

experience. The art of tableside cooking on intricately designed cooking tables creates a<br />

sense of showmanship and entertainment, offering a surprise element to complement the<br />

dining experience.<br />

Tables features a main dining room with a capacity of 105 seats and offers a combination<br />

of lounge and formal seating spaces with five dedicated “live” cooking tables. Two private<br />

rooms with a capacity of 12 and 32 people are each equipped with two cooking tables, ideal<br />

for private dining and entertainment. Cocktails are expertly mixed at the bar.<br />
