either a Full Member or <strong>Program</strong><br />

Training Jump start your workout<br />
plan! As a beginner to personal training,<br />
you will receive one on one instruction on<br />
how to properly use the weight machines,<br />
then two follow-up sessions with a<br />
Personal Trainer to ensure that you are<br />
on the right track to achieve your fitness<br />
goals<br />

TRX Training<br />
TRX suspension training<br />
is a revolutionary method<br />
<strong>of</strong> leveraged body weight<br />
exercise that’s been adopted<br />
by personal trainers, U.S.<br />
military and pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
athletes around the world.<br />
The TRX system uses a<br />
wide range <strong>of</strong> multi-plane<br />
movements that mimic our<br />
real life movements. Build<br />
power, strength, flexibility,<br />
balance, mobility, and<br />
prevent injuries all at the<br />
intensity you choose. Simply<br />
repositioning your hands or<br />
feet will increase or decrease<br />
the intensity <strong>of</strong> your workout.<br />
Whether you are a well<br />
conditioned athlete or just<br />
want to get back into shape,<br />
this will help you reach your<br />
fitness goals! Pricing is the<br />
same as Individual Personal<br />

Massage Therapy with Josephine “Jo” Gosnell<br />
Jo is a Maryland State licensed massage therapist as well as a certified<br />
personal trainer with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.<br />
Just finished a tough workout? Kids still in class and you have some extra time?<br />
Treat yourself to the relaxing bliss <strong>of</strong> a pr<strong>of</strong>essional massage. Massage therapy<br />
can reduce muscle pain, alleviate stress and tension, and rejuvenate both the<br />
body and mind. Jo can customize your massage using Swedish and Deep Tissue<br />
massage techniques. Swedish massage uses five styles <strong>of</strong> long, flowing strokes to<br />
massage, while Deep Tissue is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle<br />
and the connective tissue or fascia.She will conduct a brief consultation prior to your<br />
appointment to determine the best massage plan and meet all your needs.<br />
Choose from either a 60 or 90 minute session. Sessions are by appointment only.<br />
