solutions greater or equal to 12.5, and other inorganic solid wastes.<br />
Eastern Municipal Water District, 27010 Cactus Avenue, Map ID# 6. This<br />
property is located adjacent southeast <strong>of</strong> the intersection <strong>of</strong> Nason Street<br />
and Cactus Avenue and listed on the following databases in the EDR<br />
report:<br />
• United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Facility Index System<br />
(FINDS) – database <strong>of</strong> facility information and “pointers” to other sources that<br />
contain more details. No violations were reported.<br />
• California Air Resources Board, Emissions Inventory Data (EMI), Database <strong>of</strong><br />
sites listed with the California Air Resources Board and local air pollution agencies<br />
that collect data on toxics and criteria pollutant emissions. No violations were<br />
reported.<br />
4.3.3 Other Off-site Locations <strong>of</strong> Concern<br />
Other <strong>of</strong>f-site locations <strong>of</strong> concern identified by EDR within a maximum<br />
one-mile radius from the Property included a registered Underground<br />
Storage Tank (UST) site and a HAZNET site.<br />
The potential for environmental concern to the Property from these <strong>of</strong>f-site<br />
locations <strong>of</strong> concern appear to be low due to one or more <strong>of</strong> the following:<br />
type <strong>of</strong> regulatory listing; no leaks or violations reported, location with<br />
respect to the direction <strong>of</strong> regional groundwater; and/or distance from the<br />
Property.<br />
4.3.4 Orphan Listings<br />
The EDR database report identified 3 orphan sites. The locations <strong>of</strong> sites<br />
that were identified by address were found to be in the general vicinity <strong>of</strong><br />
the Property; however, there is a low potential for environmental concern<br />
to the Property from these orphan sites due to one or more <strong>of</strong> the<br />
following: the types <strong>of</strong> regulatory listings, distance, and/or location with<br />
respect to the direction <strong>of</strong> regional groundwater.<br />
Other orphan sites were identified only by street names or cross streets.<br />
These streets names and cross streets were found in the general vicinity<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Property; however, the specific site locations could not be<br />
determined. These other orphan sites appeared to have a low potential<br />
for environmental impact to the Property due to one or more <strong>of</strong> the<br />
following: type <strong>of</strong> regulatory listing; location with respect to the direction <strong>of</strong><br />
regional groundwater, and/or distance from the Property.<br />
