5.0 Property Reconnaissance<br />
5.1 Methodology<br />
On June 14, 2012, <strong>Converse</strong> visited the Property to determine present use and<br />
to identify environmental conditions at the Property. Our methodology involved<br />
walking the perimeter <strong>of</strong> the Property while noting observed evidence <strong>of</strong> present<br />
and potential environmental concerns.<br />
A field-generated map is provided in Appendix B. Pertinent Property<br />
photographs are provided in Appendix C.<br />
5.2 Limiting Conditions<br />
<strong>Converse</strong>’s findings are based on the Property conditions observed on Thursday<br />
June 14, 2012.<br />
5.3 Interior Observations <strong>of</strong> Property<br />
No building structures are present at the Property; therefore, no interior<br />
observations were made.<br />
5.4 Exterior Observations <strong>of</strong> Property<br />
During our Property visit, <strong>Converse</strong> made the following observations <strong>of</strong> the<br />
