• California Hazardous Material Incident Report System (CHMIRS) – Database<br />
containing information on reported hazardous material incidents (accidental<br />
releases or spills). The Riverside County Fire Department reported miscellaneous<br />
drub lab waste as a result <strong>of</strong> a raid on suspected illegal drub lab operation in<br />
1997.<br />
• Clandestine Drug Labs (CDL) – Database listings <strong>of</strong> drug lab locations.<br />
Locations in this listing does not indicate that any illegal drug lab materials were or<br />
were not present at the site and does not constitute a determination that the site<br />
requires or does not require clean up work. The Riverside County Fire<br />
Department reported miscellaneous drub lab waste as a result <strong>of</strong> a raid on<br />
suspected illegal drub lab operation in 1997.<br />

property is located adjacent southeast <strong>of</strong> the intersection <strong>of</strong> Nason Street<br />
and Cactus Avenue and listed on the following databases in the EDR<br />
report:<br />
• United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Facility Index System<br />
(FINDS) – database <strong>of</strong> facility information and “pointers” to other sources that<br />
contain more details. No violations were reported.<br />
• California Air Resources Board, Emissions Inventory Data (EMI), Database <strong>of</strong><br />
sites listed with the California Air Resources Board and local air pollution agencies<br />
that collect data on toxics and criteria pollutant emissions. No violations were<br />
reported.<br />
• Several utility-owned pad mounted transformers and pole mounted transformers<br />
were observed along the east and west boundaries <strong>of</strong> Nason Street. No leaks,<br />
stains or odors were noted.<br />
• Several improved roads traverse the Property east to west.<br />
• Two EMWD wells and/or lift stations were observed; one at the northwest corner<br />
<strong>of</strong> Nason Street and Dracaea Avenue and the other at the southeast corner <strong>of</strong><br />
Nason Street and Cactus Avenue. No leaks, stains, or odors were noted.<br />
• Two storm drain inlets were observed at the northeast corner <strong>of</strong> Nason Street<br />
and Cactus Avenue. No stains or odors were noted.<br />
