1. The applicant-firm mustsubmit/meet<br />
all the requirements set by the <strong>DOH</strong>.<br />
2. The fortified food product and its<br />
labelling must conform to the <strong>DOH</strong><br />
Guidelines on Micronutrient<br />
Fortification <strong>of</strong> Processed Foods.<br />
3, The applicant-firm must have the<br />
capability to assure the quality <strong>of</strong> its<br />
fortified product as determined by the<br />
SPS Program Technical Board.<br />
