7040 Blocker Gray, a bleed blocking phthalate-free plastisol underbase<br />
for use on 100% polyester or other textile fabrics where dye migration<br />
is a severe problem. The new 7040 Blocker Gray was developed<br />
in response to growing customer demand for an underbase ink<br />
that could help prevent dye migration during production on bleed-prone<br />
textiles.<br />
7040 Blocker Gray’s unique chemistry makes it highly resistant to bleed,<br />
prevents fabric dye migration in almost all situations, and helps build<br />
greater opacity. When overprinted with white or colored inks, 7040<br />
Blocker Gray preserves the brilliance of the whites and colors, and<br />
maximizes the details of the design.<br />
