240 pages. Aspects from the 1869
Velocipede era to mid 1940's. Most of the
scraps are dated. Ex Roland Geist
collection. Assembled by Mr. George
Temple Mayo. Pages are 7-1/2 x 10".
Articles, advertisements, illustrations and
ephemera mounted. Lots of Thomas
Stevens material. Main body assembled in
the 19th Century with strong content from
the 1880's. . IMPORTANT ~ about 24
separate pieces of ephemera including
Invitations, Notices, By-Laws, Scraps etc. of
THE COUNTY CYCLE CLUB of MORRIS
HEIGHTS, the Bronx, NY. This was Mayo's
personal club. Club was important and had
the famous Gould family as members. 1st
page has a poem by Charles E. Pratt.
Famous racers such as WRIGHT, WINDLE,
STANTON at Lillie Bridge. SOMETHING

PEACOCK'S TWIN LIGHT with Long Arm
Bracket - Mint in Box (Box well handled but
complete) twin Head Lights. Circa 1950's.
Box is about 5-1/2 x 4-3/4" x 3". Lamps are
5" long. Each lamp takes a separate battery
and has it's own switch. Box as noted.
Lamp is MINT and never used. Estimate
