Feedback and Reflection on the Process PLAYER EVALUATION AND SELECTION It is important as an association to consistently be looking for ways to improve the system of player evaluation which you have chosen to implement. In order to gather this feedback you need to give your key stakeholders - players, parents, administrators the opportunity to reflect on their experience in the process. The following is an evaluation form that can be distributed to parents after the evaluation process has been complete. This survey is confidential. Please be sure to fill out a survey for each child if you have more than one child as part of the association.
