Through a sophisticated measuring and monitoring system, based on a highly
developed sensor technology linked with a complex control system this revolutionary
system incorporates the surrounding fresh air in the necessary air conditioning
process whenever the natural air conditions prevail and allow it’s use to achieve the
required ripening conditions. This is achieved without using expensive energy for
heating or cooling.
Depending on the produced product, necessary ripening time, the geographic
location and altitude up to 50% energy savings can be achieved.
While ECOcontrol and ECOsplit directly save costs, ECOstream provides for a
100% consistant airflow. A flexible horizontal and vertical airflow system ensure
absolute uniform and therefore perfect products.
Based on international weather data it is possible to calculate the energy saving
potential.
As an option it is possible to monitor and record the pH value and weight losses via
the microcontroller.
