(I) NON-AUDIT FEES
The amount of non-audit fees paid or payable to external auditors for the financial year was RM352,000 (2004: RM37,000).
(II) OPTIONS EXERCISED DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR
During the financial year ended 30 June 2005, a total of 17,821,000 options were exercised by the eligible employees
who are executive Directors and executive employees of the Group at an exercise price of RM1.00 per share pursuant
to the Executive Share Option Scheme of the Company.
