Hot Tomolli, a LFE Hot Topic daughter, is 63W’s first calf. They were shown as a pair at<br />
MLE 2011 and placed 2nd in class. We are very pleased with how she is coming; she is<br />
starting to drop a real nice looking udder. She has some interesting breeding that we are<br />
very excited about. She is bred to the old full blood 3C Pasque bull. Given that Hot Topic<br />
is homo polled and homo black, the offspring of this cross is very exciting!<br />

selected this cow family from our show string. 63W is a picture perfect mother cow that<br />
will go to work as the proof is standing next to her. She has a moderate frame with a real<br />
nice and square udder. Her sire, Wheatland 786T, we cannot say enough about him… he<br />
is the backbone of our herd. We have been extremely happy with his daughters and very<br />
few have left our herd. She is bred to the proven Nophalt bull.<br />
Our herd sires are not only selected for performance but we also put great emphasis<br />
on maternal traits. We think this cow family demonstrates that pretty well! We would be<br />
happy to keep each one of these females and could not decide which ones to consign.<br />

Lastly, we have 63W’s <strong>2012</strong> calf. Primrose is a powerful calf with a little white star on her<br />
forehead. Her sire, DLH Reno is a Metro X Houston son we bought from Oakview Simmentals<br />
in 2005. He is another herd sire that produces phenomenal females. We have<br />
many of his daughters working in the herd producing powerhouse calves.<br />
