Frame abrasion along the edges. An area of craquelure with a paint loss along the<br />

lower center edge. Blacklight: Scattered touch-up on the figure and scattered along<br />

the lower edge and throughout. Possible evidence of larger areas of older restoration<br />

in the upper left and upper center quadrants and on the horses’s mane. AS-IS. ALL<br />

throughout. Frame abrasion along the edges. Evidence of minor losses along the<br />

left and right edges in raking light. Blacklight: Scattered spots of touch-up in the<br />

background, along the figure’s profile and a quarter-sized area on the figure’s hair.<br />

edges. Canvas tacking edges removed. Blacklight: Evidence of older touch-up in the<br />

upper left quadrant and in the lower quarter of the painting. A 2” diameter area of<br />

touch-up in the lower right quadrant. Possible evidence of older areas of restoration<br />
