Dear Parents,
Hedgie is Grrrrreat!
The Bylaws of Tee Pee Preschool and Childcare states: “That the property and affairs of Tee Pee Preschool and
Childcare shall be under the general control and management of The Board of Director’s. The Board shall consist of
seven members serving for a minimum of one year.” At this time The Board membership is currently below seven
members due to some unexpected resignations.
The Board of Directors would like you to consider becoming a member of the board for Tee Pee Childcare and
Preschool. Board responsibilities would include monthly Board of Director meetings, which are typically held on
the second Wednesday of each month.
The Board of Directors promotes and provides direction for Tee Pee Childcare and Preschool. The general purpose
of the board is to make planning and policy decisions, financial development and monitoring and sanction of the
program as a whole.
We encourage you to please give some thought to becoming a part of your communities’ children’s future by giving
of yourself for this worthwhile cause. If you are willing to make a difference then this is for you! Please consider
attending our next meeting on December 13, 2006 at 6:00 PM at Tee Pee Childcare and Preschool and joining the
board to make a difference in your child’s life and the lives of all the children at Tee Pee Childcare and Preschool.
