2 Building a Healthy Future to continue our long tradition of providing superior health care, Thompson must constantly grow and improve. Early in 2010, we launched our Building a Healthy Future Capital Campaign. After receiving a generous lead gift from the Sands Family and Constellation Brands, we were on our way to achieving an ambitious goal of $14 million to help fund PrOJECT EXCEL, Thompson’s 103,000-square-foot expansion and renovation initiative. We are extremely grateful to our Capital Campaign Committee members who helped provide guidance and build momentum for our Capital Campaign. These enthusiastic individuals worked tirelessly to plan campaign-related activities, raise philanthropy to a higher level and assist us in spreading the word about how our capital improvements will enhance the patient experience, increase our quality of service and improve overall patient satisfaction at Thompson Health. As 2010 came to a close, more than $13.8 of our $14 million goal was raised. Once again, thank you to our hardworking Capital Campaign Committee members.
