Off Street Parking Provision<br />
<strong>Torbay</strong> <strong>Council</strong> operates 38 Car Parks<br />
across Brixham, Paignton and Torquay,<br />
providing in excess of 7,500 spaces.<br />
Various permits are available to purchase<br />
for use at these car parks and are<br />
available via the <strong>Council</strong>’s web site<br />
www.torbay.gov.uk/parking or from one<br />
of the Connections Offices. The permit<br />
durations vary between 12 month, 6 month<br />
and 3 month, and a weekly permit is also<br />
available specifically aimed at visitors.<br />

<strong>Torbay</strong> <strong>Council</strong> has completed major<br />
refurbishment of a number of its large<br />
multi storey car parks by providing<br />
additional lighting, new lifts and water<br />
proofing which provides a better<br />
environment for the motorist and better<br />
value for money as tariffs have not<br />
increased as a result.<br />
