COMPUTER PROGRAMS DEVELOPED
I have developed or collaborated on a number of computer programs that have been widely
used in the US and in numerous other countries. The most widely used are:
• ARMOS – Vertically-integrated hydrocarbon, groundwater and air flow model
• BIOVENTING – Cost optimized design of hydrocarbon vapor recovery systems
• MOTRANS – Three-phase, multicomponent, 3D flow and transport model
• BIOTRANS – Multispecies transport from hydrocarbon source with oxygen-limited decay
• VADSAT – Monte Carlo model to assess contamination potential from E&P waste
• CXTFIT – Estimation of transport and reaction coefficients from column experiments
• FLOWFIT – Estimation of capillary pressure parameters from transient flow data
• NITRO - Model for reactive nitrogen transport in groundwater from drainfields
• SEAM3D – 3-D transport with anaerobic biodecay, volatilization and DNAPL depletion
• SOILPROP – Estimation of capillary pressure parameters from grain size data
• FitDNAPL – DNAPL transport model with inverse solution and uncertainty analysis
