processes are presented as well. For example, cyclic voltammetry was used to determine the
energy levels of the nanocrystals, and light-induced electron spin resonance as well as
photoinduced absorption spectroscopy [3] was used to study charge separation and
recombination processes. Results are compared to the more established CdSe-based solar
cells. Although the CuInS2-based systems have inferior performance so far, conclusions for
their further improvement can be drawn.
