Applying for Financial Aid?<br />
• Students must complete all requirements and receive an “Award Letter”<br />
from SLCC before they can be officially approved to get financial aid. Be<br />
sure to submit all requirements by the priority deadline!<br />
• If you have not received your Award Letter before the tuition due date, you<br />
must make a payment to keep your classes.<br />
• If you do not show up to your classes the first 2 weeks of school, you will be<br />
penalized. If you do not plan to attend SLCC, you must turn in an official<br />
Resignation Form before classes begin.<br />
• If you are approved for financial aid and decide not to attend, you must<br />
officially resign. Failure to do so, may result in penalties and may affect your<br />
eligibility for financial aid in the future.<br />
• Students must complete the FAFSA and the SLCC Financial Aid<br />
Registration Form<br />
• After both forms are submitted, you will be sent a letter if we need any<br />
additional information. Be sure to submit all documents as soon as possible<br />
to ensure that your financial aid is approved before tuition is due!
