On e-domizil AG there are two models available for the marketing of your holiday property:
Model 1: Property advertising
Model 2: Online booking
Below you find more detailed information about the two models.
Model Property advertising:
The model ‘Property advertising’ means any bookings are handled by you as the landlord. An
online advert of your holiday property is placed for which you pay a fixed annual amount. Your
holiday home will be marketed on various online portals within Switzerland. For example on e-
domizil.ch, sbb.ch/travel, MySwitzerland.com, homegate.ch and partners of e-domizil.ch in
Switzerland.

How will the property be booked?
The booking will be handled by you as the landlord. Before booking you will have direct contact
with the clients by telephone, fax or e-mail.
What is the cost?
Per property there will be a charge of CHF 300 + VAT per 12 months.

Model Online Booking:
The model ‘Online booking’ means bookings happen online and are handled by e-domizil AG.
This model is commission based, i.e.: If your holiday property is booked, you pay a commission
to e-domizil AG. Holiday properties with this model will be marketed depending on the
commission rate either within Switzerland or Switzerland and other countries.
Standard online Model with 17.5% commission:
Distribution will be via e-domizil.ch, sbb.ch/travel, MySwitzerland.com, homegate.ch, kuoni.ch,
helvetictours.ch, e-domizil.de and the partner network of e-domizil.de and e-domizil.ch. The
network comprises more than 1,000 points of sale such as travel agents and online portals.
Among others Avigo, Thomas Cook and Immobilienscout24.de. The partner network is subject
to change at any time.

Basic online Model with 10% commission:
Distribution will be via e-domizil.ch, sbb.ch/travel, MySwitzerland.com, homegate.ch, kuoni.ch,
helvetictours.ch and partners of e-domizil.ch. The partner network is subject to change at any
time.

How will the property be booked?
The booking will be done over the system of e-domizil and is binding. We will look after the
whole booking process including collection of monies owed. Seven days before arrival of the
guest we will transfer the net price to your account
What is the cost ?
There are no fixed costs. Depending on the choice of model - standard or basic - you will pay
commission of 17.5% or 10%.

How can property details be changed and amended?
Any data can be amended at any time through your user account on http://my.e-domizil.ch.
