Practical information
Guests with special needs
Rooms especially adapted for guests with disabilities are
available in all Disney® Hotels (in a limited number and
subject to availability at the time of booking). In Disney Hotels
most of the rooms are suitable for 2 persons but some rooms
can accommodate up to 4 people maximum.
We recommend guests with special needs advise us at
the time of booking. When visiting the Disney® Parks, please
enquire at City Hall (Disneyland® Park) or Studio Services
(Walt Disney Studios® Park) where we will advise on the
attractions most accessible to you.
The Guide for Guests with Disabilities (in English, French
and German) is also available at the reception of the Disney
Hotels, at City Hall in Disneyland® Park, at Studio Services in
Walt Disney Studios® Park or from Disneyland® Resort Paris:

Wheelchairs
Available for hire inside both Disney® Parks
(charge applies and subject to availability).
A deposit will be necessary. Guests may bring their own
wheelchairs. Cast Members (Disney employees)
are unable to accompany guests in wheelchairs.
Disney Hotel arrival
Upon arrival at your Disney® Hotel, you will be welcomed
at the reception and you will receive:
• Your Disney® Parks Tickets.
• Coupons for any pre-booked options (meal, dinner-shows etc.)
• Hotel Information.
• Your Disney Hotel easy pass: this card is proof that you are
a Disney Hotel guest. Keep it with you at all times! It allows
you free admission to the swimming pool and the fitness
room in your Disney Hotel (if this facility is available in
your hotel), access to the Disney Parks car park and free
entry to Hurricanes disco in Disney® Village (admission:
minimum 18 years), for the duration of your stay.
• Your room: will be available from 3pm.
If you check in earlier, you may leave your luggage
at the hotel’s left luggage counter (service not available
at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch®).

Guests with visual impairments
Guidebooks in Braille (1) are available (in English and French)
at City Hall in Disneyland® Park. A passport will be required
as a deposit. Guide dogs are allowed into the Disney Parks
but are not permitted on certain attractions.
Foreign exchange
Available in all the Disney Hotels, in Disney Parks and at the
Post Office in Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station.
Exclusive advantage for our guests:
You can exchange your unused euros at the Travelex
exchange offices in Disneyland® Resort Paris, commission free.
You must present your Disney Parks Ticket (see terms
and conditions in Travelex offices: at Disneyland® Park and
Disney® Village).
Automatic cash dispensers
Available in Disney Parks, at Disney® Village and the Post
Office in Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station.
Disney Hotel departure
• Your room must be vacated by 11am.
If you decide to spend the day in Disneyland® Park
or Walt Disney Studios® Park, you can leave your luggage at
the left luggage counter in your hotel if this facility is available
(service not available at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch®).
• The “Express Check out service” allows you to get away
early and avoid waiting, by simply leaving your credit
card details with the hotel
