Euro <strong>Disney</strong> Vacances S.A.S. and Mondial Assistance offer the following insurance cover:<br />
Travel insurance 1<br />
Cancellation insurance cover (policy n° 302881)<br />
Mondial Assistance will reimburse you the cancellation costs billed by Euro <strong>Disney</strong><br />
Vacances S.A.S. when you are obliged to cancel your trip for the reasons and<br />
circumstances listed below:<br />
Sickness, accident (including relapses or sudden aggravations), death • of yourself, your<br />
lawful or common law spouse or the person accompanying you; • of your ascendants<br />
or descendants and/or those of your spouse or those of the person accompanying you;<br />
• of your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughtersin-law;<br />
• of your professional replacement, provided that his/her name is mentioned<br />
at the time of signing up for the trip. Complications in connection with pregnancy (until<br />
28 weeks of pregnancy incl.); vaccination contra-indication; dismissal on economic<br />
grounds of yourself, of your spouse; the change or modification of paid vacation dates<br />
made by the employer granted before signing-up for the trip, excluding the following<br />
social-professional categories: company managers, liberal professions, self-employed<br />
and entertainment extras. Destruction of professional and/or private premises; theft<br />
in professional or private premises provided that the magnitude of such theft requires<br />
your presence and that the theft has occurred within the 48 hours preceeding departure.<br />
Convocation before a court, only in the following cases, provided that the date of this<br />
convocation coincides with the period of travel:<br />
• Court juryman • Procedure of adoption of a child • Appointment of an expert<br />
What we exclude: • the cancellation provoked by a person hospitalised at the time the<br />
trip was booked or the contract was taken out; • illnesses and accidents having resulted<br />
in treatment during the month preceeding signing up for the trip or taking out the<br />
contract, except in the case of a relapse or a sudden aggravation of such illnesses or<br />
accidents duly recorded medically; • illnesses requiring psychic or psychotherapeutic<br />
treatment including nervous depressions not having required hospitalisation of at least<br />
5 days at the time of the date of cancellation of the trip; • forgetting to be vaccinated;<br />
• the contra-indication of air travel; • accidents resulting from the practice of the<br />
following sports: bobsleigh, rock climbing, skeleton mountain climbing, competition<br />
sledding, all air sports as well as accidents resulting from participation in or training for<br />
matches or competitions; • the failure to present, for any reason whatsoever, documents<br />
indispensable for the trip such as passport, visa, travel tickets or vaccination certificates.<br />

Comprehensive insurance (policy n° 302946)<br />
Mondial Assistance offers its comprehensive packages including:<br />
Cancellation insurance (guarantees: see option 1);<br />
Luggage insurance: Up to 850 €;<br />
repatriation assistance;<br />
In the event of illness, injury or death:<br />
• Organisation and management of transport: repatriation with medical care;<br />
• Organisation and management of transport for one person travelling with the Insured;<br />
• Accompaniment of children under 15 travelling with the Insured;<br />
• Organisation and management of a return trip of a relative if the Insured cannot be<br />
transported in less than 10 days and management of the accommodation of that person<br />
on the spot up to 75 € if the Insured cannot be transported in less than 7 days.<br />
Reimbursement (advance payment if necessary) of medical costs up to 7625 € (only for<br />
persons not resident in metropolitan France) in addition to payments from the Social<br />
Security and other provident agencies.<br />
Assistance in the event of death:<br />
• Organisation and management of transport: repatriation of the body;<br />
• Organisation and management of transport for the person insured travelling with the<br />
deceased;<br />
Assistance in the event of the unexpected hospitalisation or death of a close relative<br />
• Organisation and management of the early return to the place of hospitalisation or funeral.<br />
Assistance in the event of legal proceedings following a traffic accident<br />
• Advance of the bond up to 7625 € and lawyer’s fees up to 1525 €.<br />
Unused overland services<br />
• Reimbursement for unused travel days for the person repatriated under medical care<br />
and for the person accompanying the Insured.<br />

1. OUR CONTRACT<br />
When making a booking you will be entering into a legally binding contract with us,<br />
Euro <strong>Disney</strong> Vacances SAS for the provision of accommodation and/or transport and/or<br />
other services. These terms and conditions govern that contract and bind all members<br />
of your party, including children. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all<br />
members of your party are aware of, and accept all of the obligations contained in<br />
these terms and conditions. Our contract is effective from the date it is formed and<br />
continues until the last member of your party has completed their stay.<br />
Your booking<br />
You must not advertise, use, give or resell your booking or offer to do so for profit or<br />
otherwise or use it in connection with a competition, promotion, incentive or reward<br />
programme, business, charitable or any other similar venture without our express<br />
advance written permission.<br />
PART I - BOOKINGS FOR HOLIDAY PACKAGES<br />
(PLUS, WHERE APPLICABLE, TRANSPORTATION)<br />
1.1 For bookings made within 7 days of your arrival date (or your departure date<br />
if your booking includes transportation), our contract is formed once you have<br />
received confirmation of the booking by telephone or e-mail. In all other cases,<br />
our contract is formed 3 days after making your booking or when you have received<br />
our acknowledgement of your booking (which may be sent to you by post or e-mail<br />
or handed over by your travel agent) and we have received the required payment by<br />
authorisation of your credit or debit card payment or your payment has cleared through<br />
our bank or your travel agent’s bank.<br />
1.2 Our contract does not include any insurance cover. Any contract for insurance,<br />
when purchased through us, is with the insurance provider notified to you.<br />
2. MAKING YOUR RESERVATION<br />
2.1 You may make a reservation with us in person at your travel agent, online at www.<br />
disneylandparis.com or by telephone on the number provided in the brochure. All<br />
reservations are subject to availability and may be made, unless otherwise specified:<br />
• up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival date, or<br />
• if you are booking via our website, up to midday (GMT) on the day before your arrival<br />
date, or<br />
• if transportation is included in your booking,<br />
- up to 4 working days in advance of your departure date if payment is made by credit<br />
card, or<br />
- up to 60 days before departure date if payment is made by personal cheque.<br />
2.2 If you wish to make a booking for unsupervised minors under 18 please contact us prior<br />
to making your booking or speak to your travel agent. We will require a written authorisation<br />
from each minor’s parents or guardian before we can progress any booking request.<br />

Booking Conditions<br />
3. PRICES AND PRICE GUARANTEE<br />
3.1 Reductions for Children<br />
Please note that you may be asked for proof of date of birth of any children in your<br />
party upon check-in at your hotel or, at point of departure where your booking includes<br />
transportation in order that any discount offered for children can be confirmed.<br />
Price Guarantee<br />
3.2 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before you book and you will be<br />
advised of the total cost prior to booking.<br />
3.2.1 Once you have made your booking, we will only increase or decrease the price of<br />
your booking (excluding insurance premiums and insurance premium tax) in line with<br />
any VAT and transportation cost increases (including the cost of fuel) or to account for<br />
any other dues or fees levied on your booking (including exchange rate fluctuations).<br />
We will absorb all such increases of less than 2% of the total cost of your booking. Any<br />
increase of 2% or above will be notified to you in writing.<br />
3.2.2 We will not make any such increase in the price of your booking within sixty<br />
(60) days of your arrival date (or, where transportation is included in your booking,<br />
departure date).<br />
3.3 The price of your package holiday includes:<br />
• Accommodation as detailed on the booking confirmation letter.<br />
• Breakfast as mentioned in the individual hotel description and/or in the price<br />
panels.<br />
• Entrance pass to the <strong>Disney</strong> Parks as detailed in the brochure<br />
• All obligatory service charges.<br />
• VAT on all holidays at the rate appropriate at the time of printing.<br />
• If applicable, transportation as detailed on the confirmation letter.<br />
The price of your package holiday does not include:<br />
• Holiday insurance and premium for such insurance.<br />
• Supplements for additional room facilities<br />
• A number of resort and sporting facilities, (e.g. golf, tennis) or use of listed facilities,<br />
(e.g. mini-bar, safety-deposit box, external telephone calls, etc) as identified in the<br />
brochure<br />
• Items of personal expenditure.<br />
• Delivery services detailed in clause 13 below.<br />
• Any items not otherwise mentioned in “The price of your booking includes” above;<br />
3.4 All prices are per person and were calculated on 14 March 2007 on an exchange<br />
rate of 1.4674 Euro = £ 1.00 for the Winter 07/08 period and calculated on 20 June<br />
2007 on an exchange rate of 1.4350 Euro = £ 1.00 for the Summer 2008 period.<br />
3.5 All times herein refer to French time, unless otherwise stated.<br />
3.6 We shall not be responsible for any costs you may incur on credit or debit card<br />
transactions due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or otherwise.<br />
4. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS<br />
4.1 For phone bookings:<br />
4.1.1 Deposit<br />
A non-refundable deposit will be required for bookings made more than sixty (60) days<br />
before your arrival date (or, where transportation is included in your booking, your<br />
departure date) of ten per cent (10%) of the total cost of your booking. This deposit is<br />
payable at the time of booking.<br />
4.1.2 Balance<br />
The remaining balance of the total cost of your booking must be paid in full no later<br />
than sixty (60) days before your arrival date (or, where transportation is included in<br />
your booking, your departure date). The same credit card will be used to debit balance<br />
at 60 days prior to departure unless you advise us otherwise at 65 days prior to<br />
departure. If you are paying by Maestro card, you are required to call back no later than<br />
sixty (60) days before your arrival date for us to debit the balance.<br />
4.1.3 For bookings made sixty (60) days or less before your arrival date (or, where<br />
transportation is included in your booking, departure date) the total cost of your<br />
booking is due immediately on booking.<br />
4.2 For internet bookings<br />
For all bookings made online via the internet we require an immediate payment of the<br />
total cost of your booking.<br />
4.3 All payments must be made in pounds sterling and may be made by any of the<br />
following means:<br />
• credit card (Visa or Eurocard/MasterCard)<br />
• debit card for phone bookings made three (3) days or more before your arrival date<br />
(Delta, Maestro, Solo)<br />
• personal cheque made payable to Euro <strong>Disney</strong> Vacances SAS and sent together with<br />
the payment slip provided to <strong>Disney</strong>land® Resort <strong>Paris</strong>, P.O. Box 327, Doncaster,<br />
DN4 5XA, United Kingdom. Please note that personal cheques will not be accepted<br />
for bookings made within sixty (60) days of your arrival date (or, where transportation<br />
is included in your booking, your departure date). We cannot accept post-dated<br />
cheques or responsibility for any payment lost in the post.<br />
4.4 Credit and debit cards will normally be authorised and charged to your account the<br />
same day or next working day. No receipt will be sent.<br />
4.5 Failure to pay any amounts stated above on time shall entitle us to treat your<br />
booking as cancelled (see “Cancellation by You” below).<br />
4.6 Should you make a booking with us on behalf of a third party you will be held jointly<br />
and severely responsible to us for the total cost of the booking.<br />
4.7 Please note that purchases made whilst in <strong>Disney</strong>land® Resort <strong>Paris</strong> shall be in<br />
Euros.<br />
