In writing an application letter:<br />

� Print in good quality paper, preferably a one-page, threeparagraph<br />

application only<br />

� Use simple English<br />

� Avoid using general application letter<br />

In writing a resumé:<br />

� Print in good quality paper consisting of two pages<br />

� Must first present most recent work experience, major<br />

accomplishments, education or training prior to personal<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />

� May or may not include a photo in the resumé; if yes, applicant<br />

must be in presentable attire<br />

� Check grammar <strong>and</strong> spelling<br />
