<strong>Students</strong> <strong>and</strong> jobseekers, especially the new graduates, can l<strong>and</strong> the<br />

best job given the right in<strong>for</strong>mation <strong>and</strong> the right chances.<br />

<strong>Students</strong> <strong>and</strong> jobseekers want to get the best jobs available. A<br />

lucrative career with the best perks available, including<br />

opportunities <strong>for</strong> training, scholarship <strong>and</strong> advancement is ideal.<br />

Careers can be pursued in the domestic or <strong>for</strong>eign shores.<br />

<strong>Students</strong> <strong>and</strong> jobseekers may opt to be the Boss. This can be<br />

realized by starting a business or practice of profession.<br />

However, being the Boss <strong>and</strong> working <strong>for</strong> a Boss dem<strong>and</strong> time, ef<strong>for</strong>t<br />

<strong>and</strong> commitment. Both instances require taking risks <strong>and</strong><br />

responsibilities. Working <strong>for</strong> a Boss, in particular, requires<br />

submission to management control <strong>and</strong> being covered by terms <strong>and</strong><br />

conditions of employment.<br />

Upgrading of skills <strong>and</strong> qualifications is also an option. <strong>Students</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

jobseekers can opt to pursue technical-vocational or advance<br />

courses or take advantage of available scholarships offered by<br />

government. Moreover, it may be the most opportune time to get<br />

assessed, certified or licensed <strong>for</strong> preferred skills <strong>and</strong> professions.<br />

Most often, choosing the right opportunity will spell the distinction<br />

between success <strong>and</strong> failure. All these will boil down to choices.<br />

The <strong>Employment</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Students</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Jobseekers</strong> seeks to<br />

provide students <strong>and</strong> jobseekers, including those unemployed,<br />

assistance on looking <strong>for</strong> employment or starting a business. The<br />
