In order to keep the installation time and expense of the door<br />
hinge as low as possible, <strong>DoorLine</strong> hinges offer special/particu-<br />
lar advantages: ◆ <strong>Roto</strong> <strong>DoorLine</strong> is available in two sizes:<br />
PS 23 for sash weights up to 80kg and PS 27 for sash weights<br />
up to 120kg. All standard/prevalent sizes of main entrance-door<br />
can be fitted with these two hinge types. ◆ Due to the high<br />
preassembly level, the hinge consists of only a few single com-<br />
ponents. ◆ Both hinge sizes are suitable for both left and right-<br />
handed doors without additional components. ◆ Easy/simple<br />
front/frontal installation without lateral screw fixing, with high<br />
stability by means of/through positioning pins that are posi-<br />
tioned far apart from each other.

In order to guarantee the precise location of the door leaf in the door frame, our Door-<br />
Line hinges PS 23 and PS 27 offer large adjustment ranges in all three dimensions.<br />
Since the cover caps of the door hinge do not have to be removed for the adjustment,<br />
all adjustments can be carried out/undertaken very simply.<br />

In order to improve the thermal insulating characteristics, PVC doors are built with more and more<br />
profile chambers. The overlap heights of <strong>Roto</strong> <strong>DoorLine</strong> meet this trend. In order to guarantee<br />
maximum flexibility in the selection of the suitable overlap heights, we offer a broad spectrum of<br />
hinge sizes:<br />
◆ 3 hinge sizes for PS 23 for overlap heights of 14 – 23.5mm without packers<br />
◆ 4 hinge sizes for PS 27 for overlap heights of 14 – 26.5mm without packers<br />
